Requirements
- •Ability and/or willingness to use the product
- •At least 3 years experience as Solution Architect, Technical Account Manager or similar role
- •Strong background in architecting and deploying large distributed systems
- •Technical skills including Kubernetes (CKAD or CKA level)
- •Experience with high-level programming languages (Java, C#, Python, etc.)
- •Proven experience with large scale deployments on AWS, Azure, GCP or OpenShift
- •Familiarity with APIs, event-driven systems, microservices, IAM/security, and observability tooling
- •Exposure to modern AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, AI agents, MCP integrations, prompt workflows, or GenAI frameworks
- •Understanding of AI infrastructure considerations including model hosting, latency, governance, security, cost management, and production reliability
- •Strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving aptitude
- •Experience providing advisory services to technical and business stakeholders
- •Proven track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
- •Willingness to spend up to ~30% time on-site with accounts
What You'll Do
- •Partner closely with strategic customers to turn process orchestration vision into measurable business value
- •Navigate technical challenges and provide expert guidance
- •Ensure smooth adoption of the platform at scale
- •Build lasting relationships and accelerate customer outcomes
- •Help customers understand process orchestration in modern AI ecosystems
- •Team up with other TAMs and lead customers through adoption journey
- •Conduct technical deep dives into platform architecture
- •Guide creation and execution of tailored technical adoption plans
- •Deliver hands-on technical guidance and advisory services
- •Advise on modern architecture patterns involving AI-enabled automation and cloud infrastructure
- •Help evaluate AI tools and autonomous workflows for business value
- •Conduct platform and solution health checks and manage escalations
- •Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams
- •Spend time on-site with accounts for key milestone interactions
Nice to Have
- •Experience in enterprise automation, business process management, process orchestration, or robotic process automation
- •Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise systems or workflows
- •Familiarity with agentic workflows, A2A coordination patterns, or orchestration frameworks
- •Relevant industry certifications (CKAD, CKA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, etc.)
- •Familiarity with Camunda products
