Requirements
- •Enterprise production experience with governance and resilience at scale
- •Technical depth in debugging, custom agent development, Camunda cluster setup, and BPMN explanation
- •Effective communication across engineering, architecture, and business leadership
- •Practical AI experience solving real production problems including context management and prompt engineering
- •Comfort with ambiguity and ability to make sound judgment calls

What You'll Do
- •Deploy and prove production workflows from first process file to working system
- •Drive organizational adoption by working across technical and business stakeholders
- •Configure and run Camunda clusters locally and in cloud environments
- •Debug integration failures and build custom agents for legacy enterprise systems
- •Document deployment best practices and build a playbook
- •Contribute custom agents and integration patterns back to the product
- •Hand off functioning capabilities to customer teams for independent operation
Nice to Have
- •Experience in customer-facing engineering or professional services roles
- •Familiarity with regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or insurance
- •Production experience with agentic systems or AI-integrated workflows
