Requirements
- •5+ years in B2B technology marketing
- •At least 3 years focused on partner, channel, or alliance marketing in SaaS or enterprise software
- •Experience working with two or more partner types: GSIs, cloud hyperscalers, ISVs, resellers
- •Proven track record building joint value propositions and go-to-market narratives with partners
- •Experience presenting and leading sessions at partner events, webinars, or conferences
- •Deep understanding of partner motivations and business models
- •Strong content creation skills
What You'll Do
- •Develop joint value propositions and solution narratives for strategic partner types such as GSIs, cloud hyperscalers, ISVs, resellers, and tech partners
- •Translate platform capabilities into partner-specific messaging
- •Partner with product marketing and alliances teams to ensure joint narratives are grounded and differentiated
- •Map platform capabilities to partner technology stacks and use cases
- •Produce co-branded assets like solution briefs, battle cards, and pitch decks
- •Create self-service programs for breadth partners using Camunda Marketplace
- •Develop and deliver partner-facing enablement content and presentations
- •Explore expansion of partner accreditation programs
- •Create ROI frameworks and business case templates for partners
- •Design and execute joint marketing programs and campaigns with partners
- •Plan and deliver joint webinars, virtual events, and conference sessions
- •Support partner participation in company-led events and represent company at partner and industry events
- •Collaborate with partner marketing managers on activities and budgets
- •Work with Growth, ADR, Alliances, and Sales teams to ensure partner-sourced leads progress through pipeline
- •Develop partner-first messaging and recruitment decks
- •Build trusted relationships with partner marketing, product, and alliance counterparts
- •Understand partner business models and prioritize initiatives for mutual value
- •Act as voice of partner ecosystem internally, bringing feedback and market intelligence
- •Identify new co-sell and co-marketing opportunities and develop business cases
- •Define KPIs for partner marketing programs and track performance
- •Report program outcomes to senior leadership with data-driven recommendations
- •Manage marketing development fund allocation
Nice to Have
- •Experience in process orchestration, workflow automation, BPM, or adjacent enterprise software
- •Familiarity with agentic AI, AI orchestration, or enterprise AI governance
- •Experience co-selling or co-marketing through hyperscaler marketplace programs
- •Prior experience in high-growth scale-up or post-Series C technology company
- •Understanding of enterprise buyer journey for complex platform deals involving partners
