Requirements
- •10+ years of progressive B2B enterprise software regional field marketing experience
- •At least 3 years in a Director level role managing regional P&L or budget preferred
- •Proven experience managing diverse marketing functions within a single P&L/region
- •Deep understanding and success in marketing B2B enterprise software/SaaS with complex sales cycles
- •Experience working closely with sales, pre-sales, customer success, and partners leadership
- •Strong track record of recruiting, managing, and scaling high-performing regional marketing teams
- •Highly analytical and data-fluent using metrics to drive decisions and report outcomes
- •Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
What You'll Do
- •Define and own the holistic regional marketing strategy aligning with business objectives and global sales motion
- •Own regional revenue influence and pipeline targets leveraging data and analytics
- •Act as senior marketing executive and strategic advisor to regional GTM leadership
- •Orchestrate and execute multi-channel demand generation and Account-Based Marketing strategies
- •Align marketing efforts between centralized functions and local delivery
- •Lead, mentor, and scale a high performing regional marketing team
- •Own regional marketing investment strategy and budget
- •Collaborate with partner team to integrate channel marketing initiatives
- •Lead execution of partner ecosystem recruitment and activation
- •Lead execution of hosted and sponsored events of various sizes
- •Design and implement scaled customer marketing programs
- •Work closely with sales to ensure quality of opportunities from regional ADR organization
- •Partner with Sales and Finance to develop regional growth plans including territory prioritization and resource allocation
