Requirements
- •Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
- •Expertise in infrastructure as code tools like Terraform
- •Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
- •Strong 3rd-level support and incident response skills including root cause analysis
- •Passion for automation and building reliable, maintainable systems
- •Responsible use of AI tools for research, code review, documentation, test generation, and automation
What You'll Do
- •Design and maintain Kubernetes-based multi-cloud platform infrastructure ensuring availability, scalability, and fault tolerance
- •Build and improve monitoring and alerting tools for system health and performance visibility
- •Own systems end-to-end including on-call rotations, incident response, and creating runbooks and automation
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with product engineering, product management, and support to deliver features and improvements
- •Identify and automate repetitive work to improve system quality and team efficiency
- •Mentor and support less experienced engineers in tackling complex infrastructure challenges
Nice to Have
- •Experience with major cloud providers like AWS (EKS), Google Cloud Platform (GKE), or similar
- •Experience with ArgoCD or GitOps workflows
- •Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar programming languages
- •Experience with SLOs and alerting frameworks
