Requirements

•Ability and/or willingness to use Camunda product
•Experience using Go or another relevant language for cloud native software development
•Practical experience with at least one major Cloud Service Provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
•Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and deep understanding of its core concepts
•Willingness to work collaboratively within a team, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive engineering culture
•Pragmatic and autonomous approach to programming and problem solving
•'You build it, you run it' mentality with passion for automation and quality

•Design, develop, and maintain Kubernetes Operators to manage the Camunda SaaS offering
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, ship, and iterate on features
•Identify opportunities to improve existing codebase for security, stability, and reliability
•Advocate for new ideas and help build a team environment valuing creativity and practicality
•Participate in on-call rotation and 3rd level escalation support

•Experience writing and maintaining Kubernetes Operators ideally with Controller-Runtime & Kubebuilder
•Familiarity with infrastructure topics such as multi-region or multi-cloud provider setups, ideally with Crossplane
