Requirements
- •Track record of leading and organising early in any context (startup, student society, military, team)
- •Deliberate interest in developing people and organisations with grounding in organisational or industrial psychology, behavioural science or comparable basis
- •Drive and eagerness to learn with confidence to challenge and be coached
- •Ability to confidently discuss change with experienced people
- •Exceptional academic track record from high school and university
- •Up to around two years of experience since graduating
- •Business level written and spoken English
- •Organised, accurate, confident, authentic, results-oriented, and enthusiastic
- •Sincere personal motivation aligned with the company's mission
- •Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events

What You'll Do
- •Being embedded inside a real team to observe daily operations and identify issues
- •Running diagnostics on a team's health and management effectiveness and providing clear assessments
- •Owning and driving concrete improvements to team workflows with senior practitioner support
- •Supporting managers in delivering effective 360 performance feedback and helping translate it into actionable commitments
- •Helping build the playbook including standards, tools, and shared language for the function
- •Learning coaching and organisational development from senior practitioners with a fast path to independent work
