    Requirements

    • Excellent academic results at school and university
    • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business, Communication or STEM subject
    • Knowledge and passion for Customer Success, revenue management and technology
    • Experience in SaaS or software industries
    • Proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Success results
    • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
    • Creative problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skills
    • Experience growing and developing a Customer Success Management team
    • Hands-on approach to using data to drive team activities and continuous improvement
    • Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events

    What You'll Do

    • Strategic planning and analysis including preparing communication plans, team meetings, and reviewing key performance indicators to enhance customer engagement and retention
    • Resolving escalated customer issues requiring expertise or intervention
    • Managing and mentoring a Customer Success team, conducting performance reviews, and supporting team members' growth
    • Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product development, and Support to align on customer needs and feedback
    • Documenting and reporting changes and processes with attention to quality and detail

    Nice to Have

    • Proficiency in Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or Italian (both written and spoken)
