Requirements
- •Excellent academic results at school and university
- •Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business, Communication or STEM subject
- •Knowledge and passion for Customer Success, revenue management and technology
- •Experience in SaaS or software industries
- •Proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Success results
- •Commitment to continuous learning and improvement

- •Experience growing and developing a Customer Success Management team
- •Hands-on approach to using data to drive team activities and continuous improvement
- •Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events
What You'll Do
- •Strategic planning and analysis including preparing communication plans, team meetings, and reviewing key performance indicators to enhance customer engagement and retention
- •Resolving escalated customer issues requiring expertise or intervention
- •Managing and mentoring a Customer Success team, conducting performance reviews, and supporting team members' growth
- •Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product development, and Support to align on customer needs and feedback
- •Documenting and reporting changes and processes with attention to quality and detail
Nice to Have
- •Proficiency in Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or Italian (both written and spoken)
