Requirements
- •Background in data science, mathematics, or engineering

What You'll Do
- •Lead and mentor a specialized squad of People Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and UX Designers
- •Bridge the gap between HR and engineering to ensure understanding of human behavioral intent
- •Move beyond descriptive metrics to predictive and prescriptive insights
- •Translate complex data models into compelling narratives
- •Lead development of AI Agents for real-time insights
- •Ensure People Data Stack is secure, GDPR/privacy-compliant, and a Single Source of Truth
- •Identify opportunities to leverage technology to maximize human value

- •Experience with Airbyte, Ranger, Superset, Temporal, or Trino
