What You'll Do
- •Lead an engineering team responsible for delivering reliable, scalable infrastructure supporting the Data Feeds product
- •Establish clear engineering ownership, enabling teams to execute predictably while maintaining high standards of technical quality and operational excellence
- •Partner with Product and technical leadership to translate strategic priorities into well-executed engineering roadmaps
- •Provide engineering judgment to support the team in making sound architectural and operational decisions while balancing delivery, reliability, and long-term maintainability
- •Coach and develop senior engineers and technical leads, expanding leadership capacity across the organization
- •Drive improvements to engineering planning, prioritization, and execution while reducing unnecessary coordination overhead
- •Champion operational excellence by maintaining and improving the reliability and health of customer-facing production services
- •Foster collaboration across engineering teams to solve complex distributed systems challenges and support continued product evolution

- •Experience partnering closely with Product organizations to deliver complex technical roadmaps
- •Familiarity with financial markets, trading infrastructure, market data systems, or other mission-critical financial technology
