What You'll Do

- •Build and nurture high-quality talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies and market insights
- •Act as a market expert, advising on talent trends, compensation expectations, and competitive positioning
- •Drive offer processes end-to-end, including closing strategy for senior and hard-to-close candidates
- •Contribute to employer branding and storytelling in the Web3 ecosystem
