Requirements
- •Proven experience managing US benefits programs including renewals and open enrolment
- •Strong background in benefits design, vendor management, and market benchmarking
- •Deep knowledge of self-funded and level-funded healthcare plans including administration and compliance
- •Experience managing 401(k) plans including compliance testing and vendor selection
- •Experience managing international benefits programs across regions such as EMEA, LATAM, or APAC
- •Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- •Self-starter with a builder mindset capable of operating independently and managing complex projects
What You'll Do
- •Develop and evolve global benefits programs (health, wellness, retirement, leaves, perks)
- •Manage broker, carrier, and global provider relationships
- •Lead renewal, negotiations, and RFP process for US and international markets
- •Administer and ensure compliance of all benefit plans
- •Monitor claims data and regulatory requirements
- •Lead global market benchmarking to ensure competitive offerings
- •Oversee enrollment processes and redesign workflows
- •Build and maintain benefits cost-tracking models and data systems
- •Own vendor lifecycle from RFP to performance management
- •Design and maintain benefits education materials
- •Act as subject matter expert for employee inquiries and open enrolment logistics
Nice to Have
- •Experience in tech, startup, or Web3 environments
- •Familiarity with benchmarking tools (e.g., Radford, Mercer) and HRIS/benefits administration systems (e.g., Sequoia)
