Requirements
- •3–6+ years of experience on an SRE, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering team
- •Strong production experience with Kubernetes
- •Hands-on experience with Terraform and AWS
- •Experience implementing GitOps workflows (ArgoCD or Flux)
- •Experience with distributed systems, container orchestration, and observability
- •Strong Linux fundamentals
- •Proficiency in shell scripting and at least one higher-level language (Go, Python, etc.)
- •Ability to scale systems through automation and reliability improvements
- •Comfortable working in a fully remote, globally distributed team
What You'll Do
- •Operate and improve large-scale Kubernetes infrastructure in production
- •Build and maintain GitOps-driven infrastructure workflows (ArgoCD/Flux)
- •Develop automation and tooling that enable self-service infrastructure
- •Improve system reliability, scalability, and observability
- •Reduce operational toil through thoughtful engineering solutions
- •Partner with product engineers to support safe, reliable deployments
- •Contribute to infrastructure cost visibility and efficiency initiatives
Nice to Have
- •Experience designing and supporting real-time, high-availability systems
- •Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and distributed tracing
- •CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions)
- •Experience in blockchain or Web3 environments
- •Passion for security and secure system design
- •Experience with Crossplane or more broadly developing custom operators in Kubernetes to meet business needs
- •Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling
