Requirements
- •Proven end-to-end ownership of infrastructure or operational products in complex technical environments
- •Ability to automate or systematically reduce manual operational workflows at scale
- •Comfortable setting up, maintaining, and improving operational systems and workflows
- •Able to engage as a peer with engineers on technical infrastructure decisions
- •Proven ability to own structured communications to external partners or operator communities
- •Experience operating across multiple stakeholder groups including internal teams and external partners
- •Track record of influencing and delivering outcomes across teams without direct authority
- •Experience navigating ambiguous environments and building structured processes
What You'll Do
- •Own and evolve the full operational layer of the NOP network including tooling, infrastructure, and standards
- •Define strategy, drive roadmap, and deliver operational infrastructure for network scalability
- •Build infrastructure and operational standards for platform reliability and scalability
- •Shape developer and team experience on the Chainlink network
- •Design operational model and automation for efficient network growth
- •Ship tooling for internal teams and Node Operators to improve speed and confidence
- •Establish documentation and standards for the operator ecosystem
Nice to Have
- •Experience working in crypto, blockchain infrastructure, or node/validator operations environments
- •Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, or node hardware environments
- •Experience building or owning internal tooling such as portals, dashboards, or workflow systems
- •Exposure to working alongside data science and engineering teams on automation or optimization initiatives
