Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent experience
•1–3 years in a technical, systems, or analytics role (internship experience is also welcome)

•Author clear, structured documentation including SOPs, solution descriptions, change management materials, and process guides
•Track support patterns, identify root causes, and partner with senior team members to drive lasting improvements
•Build and maintain reports/dashboards; support data loads, audits, and compensation workflows
•Contribute to team AI initiatives, including agentic workflows and automation projects
•Partner with HR, Recruiting, and Compensation teams to understand needs and deliver timely solutions
