Requirements
- •Deep expertise in talent development, manager enablement, skills-based talent systems, or organizational effectiveness
- •Working fluency with AI tools including building and using lightweight app scripts or automations
- •Ability to operate at a conceptual and systems level in ambiguous problem spaces
- •Strong independent judgment and accountability for organization-wide outcomes
- •Proven ability to influence across functions and senior stakeholders
- •Experience designing integrated talent, manager, or skills journeys
- •Comfort operating in high-growth, distributed, or non-traditional environments
What You'll Do
- •Design and evolve end-to-end talent development and manager enablement experiences
- •Act as a subject matter expert in career development across functional and management paths
- •Partner with senior leaders and People stakeholders to translate business priorities into talent experiences
- •Design and own talent and manager journeys across career paths
- •Map manager journeys and identify high-ROI moments for enablement
- •Architect scalable frameworks, tools, and guidance for managers and employees
- •Build and evolve a skills-based talent architecture
- •Enable personalized learning and growth pathways
- •Generate skills and talent insights for workforce decisions
- •Define success measures and use data to improve talent and manager experiences
Nice to Have
- •Bachelor’s degree with at least 7+ years of related experience or equivalent advanced degree and experience
- •Background in manager enablement, career architecture, skills frameworks, or talent systems design
- •Strong business acumen connecting talent capability to business outcomes
- •Experience using data and insights to inform design and iteration
- •Familiarity with learning and talent technologies as enablers of experience design
