Requirements
- •Strong technical skills to read, write and debug code (Javascript/Node.js preferred)
- •3-5 years in a Solutions Engineering role, ideally in dev-tools SaaS
- •Ability to use AI tools for customer-facing work
- •Autonomous and self-motivated in a remote-first environment
- •Exceptional empathy and curiosity
- •Proactive and ownership-oriented mindset
- •Excellent spoken and written English
- •Located in the US (ET or CT time zones)
What You'll Do
- •Become an expert on Checkly and the Monitoring space
- •Work with valuable customers in different stages across pre-sales
- •Assist prospects with the technical evaluation of Checkly from demo to implementation
- •Speak with customers and share learnings with Product and Engineering
- •Assist in improving technical documentation, processes and policies
- •Participate in Customer Support during onboarding and occasionally afterwards
