Requirements
- •Strong technical skills to read, write and debug code (Javascript/Node.js preferred).
- •Relevant experience in a Solutions Engineering role, ideally in dev-tools SaaS environment.
- •Ability to use AI tools to accelerate customer-facing work such as researching prospect environments, generating tailored demo code, building proof-of-concept repos.
- •Autonomous and self-motivated in a remote-first work environment.
- •Exceptional empathy and curiosity with a passion for working with customers and seeing them succeed.
- •Proactive and ownership-oriented mindset to build long-lasting partnerships with customers.
- •Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- •Located in the US (ET or CT time zones).
What You'll Do
- •Become an expert on Checkly and the Monitoring space, helping drive the Monitoring as Code revolution, and solve real customer problems.
- •Work with valuable customers in different stages across pre-sales.
- •Assist prospects with the technical evaluation of Checkly, from first demo to successful implementation, owning this process.
- •Speak with customers directly and share learnings with Product and Engineering to help shape Checkly.
- •Assist in continuously improving technical documentation, processes and policies.
- •Participate in Customer Support during onboarding and occasionally afterwards to learn the platform and understand customers.
