Requirements
- •Some professional experience in a technical, customer-adjacent role such as software engineering with customer interaction, technical consultancy, professional services, or developer relations
- •Strong technical skills to read, write, and debug code (Javascript/Node.js preferred)
- •Ability to use AI tools to accelerate customer-facing work
- •Genuine interest in working directly with customers
- •Excellent spoken and written English skills
- •Ability to be autonomous and self-motivated in an async-work environment
- •Located in the ET+/-1 time zones
What You'll Do
- •Learn Checkly and the Monitoring space deeply to help customers solve reliability problems
- •Support prospects through technical evaluations alongside senior CSE and sales team
- •Help existing customers with technical questions, implementations, and adoption
- •Contribute to technical documentation and internal playbooks
- •Speak with customers directly and share learnings with Product and Engineering
