Requirements

What You'll Do
- •Own messaging and positioning for Circle’s Payments surface area
- •Develop and evolve clear, differentiated messaging that explains how Circle enables customers to monetize, scale, and run sustainable businesses through payments
- •Craft high-impact copy and product content including website, emails, launch assets, sales decks, and product collateral
- •Guide go-to-market strategy for payments features and improvements
- •Partner with Product, Growth, and Engineering to plan and execute launches for new payments capabilities, optimizations, and experiments
- •Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, FAQs, battlecards, and internal training
- •Create external resources including product guides, FAQs, help content, and onboarding materials
- •Collaborate cross-functionally to drive insight-led messaging using customer insights, feedback, and performance data
- •Support Circle’s broader product marketing strategy ensuring payments narratives are consistent and aligned with product vision and brand
