Requirements

What You'll Do
- •Own messaging and positioning for Circle’s Email Hub surface area
- •Develop and evolve clear, differentiated messaging that explains how Circle enables creators and community businesses to build owned relationships, drive engagement, and grow sustainably through email
- •Craft high-impact copy and product content including website, lifecycle emails, launch assets, sales decks, and product collateral
- •Guide go-to-market strategy for Email Hub features and improvements
- •Partner with Product, Growth, and Engineering to plan and execute launches for new Email Hub capabilities
- •Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, FAQs, battlecards, demos, and internal training
- •Create external resources including product guides, FAQs, help content, onboarding flows, and best-practice examples
- •Collaborate cross-functionally to drive insight-led messaging using customer insights, feedback, and performance data
- •Support Circle’s broader product marketing strategy ensuring Email Hub narratives are consistent and aligned with brand vision
