Requirements
- •Strong alignment with company values
- •Proficient in English at CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5
- •6+ years experience working as a full-stack engineer on complex web applications
- •Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, MySQL/Postgresql, ReactJS, TypeScript, CSS/SCCS, TailwindCSS
- •Ability to independently build features end-to-end in frontend and backend development
- •Proven track record of shipping customer-facing or consumer-facing experiences and solving hard problems
- •Comfortable in highly collaborative environments, working closely with stakeholders across engineering, product, design, and go-to-market teams
What You'll Do
- •Shipping often and with care, balancing speed with thoughtful, quality work
- •Owning end-to-end projects — from concept and development to rollout and measurable results
- •Partnering with engineers, designers and product leaders to craft member experiences that feel beautiful, simple, and premium
- •Scaling our billing infrastructure to support both self-service and sales-led use cases
- •Designing and implementing A/B tests to validate changes that boost user acquisition, retention, and expansion
- •Building world-class analytics that empower community owners with deep insights to understand and grow their communities
- •Implementing event instrumentation for each initiative to ensure impact can be tracked
Nice to Have
- •Experience working in a growth-oriented engineering role
- •Familiarity with billing tools or payments infrastructure (Stripe)
- •Hands-on experience building or maintaining analytics systems, with a solid understanding of observability best practices
