Requirements
- •Strong alignment with company values.
- •Proficient in English at CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5.
- •Marketplace or two-sided platform experience is a hard requirement.
- •5+ years of product design experience including shipped 0→1 work and complex multi-user flows.
- •Experience as the most senior designer on a product area, setting direction and owning outcomes.
- •Genuine fluency with AI-assisted prototyping using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, v0, or Lovable.
- •Proficiency in Figma for high-fidelity design and collaboration.
- •Proactive communication skills, sharing thinking early and keeping team informed.
- •Comfort designing in ambiguity and building conviction through iteration.
What You'll Do
- •Own Discover's design end-to-end, identifying opportunities, framing problems, setting design direction, and shipping work.
- •Design AI-driven discovery experiences with conversational and relational UX.
- •Serve both sides of the marketplace, understanding how creator visibility and consumer confidence are built.
- •Prototype at speed using AI-assisted tools and work closely with engineers to launch.
- •Mentor and elevate other designers, raising the craft standard on Discover.
