Requirements
- •Strong alignment with company values
- •Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up building people programs
- •Strong employee relations skills with ability to navigate complex situations fairly and with care
- •Coaching instinct to help managers grow and earn influence
- •Experience in a global, remote-first environment with distributed teams
- •Ability to design and execute programs, not just advise
- •Exceptional written English (CEFR C2 or equivalent)
What You'll Do
- •Coach and develop managers to improve their leadership and team management skills
- •Support the building and running of the Learning & Development function by identifying skill gaps and creating valuable learning experiences
- •Own and evolve people programs such as performance management, career frameworks, leveling conversations, and manager training
- •Monitor team sentiment through surveys and 1:1s and address issues proactively
- •Support team members in understanding their growth paths
- •Spot and address people challenges early with empathy and clear thinking
- •Partner with leadership on talent strategy including calibrations, succession, and retention
