Requirements
- •6-8 years experience in SaaS product management, ideally B2B SMB
- •Experience owning monetization work including pricing, packaging, and billing
- •Familiarity with usage-based billing systems such as tokens, API calls, AI credits
- •Experience with credit systems or migration from subscription to hybrid billing
- •Strong opinion and understanding of AI monetization and pricing models
- •Detail-oriented with ability to work on both strategy and infrastructure
- •Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams and senior leadership
- •Experience using AI tools for prototyping, automation, and scaling impact
What You'll Do
- •Own the four components of monetization: pricing, packaging, billing, and placement
- •Move free-to-paid conversion by building experiment roadmap and shipping tests
- •Define and iterate on AI credit system including buying, consumption, display, refill, and plan integration
- •Push pricing and packaging into next chapter including freemium and AI packaging
- •Partner with engineering on billing system including Stripe and legacy code
- •Run rigorous experiments with clear hypotheses and instrumentation
- •Act as connective tissue between EPD and GTM teams including finance, marketing, sales, support, and vendors
- •Contribute to growth goal of increasing paid customers from 11k to 20k by end of 2027

- •Hands-on skills in scripting, prototyping, and orchestrating AI agents
