    • Strong technical knowledge to evaluate engineering skillsets and projects
    • Ability to creatively experiment and optimize recruiting approaches
    • Sales skills to craft compelling cases for candidates
    • Motivated to set pace and move roles and candidates forward without compromising quality
    • Low-ego and genuinely curious personality traits

    What You'll Do

    • Build the first technical sourcing engine to find qualified candidates and craft effective messaging
    • Assess candidates' skillset and cultural alignment through initial conversations
    • Manage candidate relationships from sourcing or application through hiring
    • Provide a candidate experience that reflects company values of clarity, decisiveness, and kindness
    • Use data and observations to recommend and optimize hiring processes with technology
