What You'll Do
- •Build the first technical sourcing engine to find qualified candidates and craft effective messaging
- •Assess candidates' skillset and cultural alignment through initial conversations
- •Manage candidate relationships from sourcing or application through hiring
- •Provide a candidate experience that reflects company values of clarity, decisiveness, and kindness
- •Use data and observations to recommend and optimize hiring processes with technology
