Requirements
- •1+ years experience using Python to solve real problems
- •Experience in customer-facing roles such as sales or support
- •Strong written communication skills in English
- •Located in US time zones (ET, CT, MT, or PT)
- •Comfortable working 100% remote in a fully distributed team
What You'll Do
- •Handle technical support during US business hours focusing on API questions, data migrations, integrations, and complex technical issues
- •Write Python scripts for imports, data cleanup, deduplication, and reporting
- •Create internal tooling to improve support efficiency and external utilities for customers
- •Assist customers with API usage, migrations, and data transformations
- •Support Sales and Success teams with technical troubleshooting for large customers
- •Write clear bug reports and reproductions for engineering
- •Contribute to documentation and API examples based on real-world usage
- •Experiment with and automate workflows using AI tools
Nice to Have
- •JavaScript/TypeScript experience
- •Experience with web scraping (requests, scrapy, BeautifulSoup)
- •Familiarity with CRMs or sales tools
- •Experience at API-first companies like Stripe, Twilio, Zapier, or similar
- •Public code samples or GitHub contributions
- •Experience writing technical documentation
- •Familiarity with fraud tools Sift, Stripe, or Twilio
