    Requirements

    • 8-12 years in growth at a SaaS or PLG company
    • Experience owning website performance and trial funnel optimization
    • Strong conversion rate optimization skills
    • Proficiency with AI tools for running experiments and automation
    • Knowledge of traditional SEO including technical, on-page, and authority aspects
    • Understanding of LLM-powered answer engines and their impact on SaaS content discovery
    • Technical skills to read and work with HTML/CSS/JS
    • Ability to work hands-on without reliance on large teams or dedicated analytics partners
    • Systems thinking with understanding of CAC, LTV, and payback
    • Ability to point to specific experiments and learnings including failures

    What You'll Do

    • Own the website and trial funnel from visitor landing to active trial
    • Manage the website as a growth product including every page, headline, CTA, and signup flow
    • Build and run an agent-augmented testing machine for experimentation
    • Write copy, pull data, brief engineers, review design, and ship changes
    • Optimize website performance and trial funnel conversion
    • Implement AI-native workflows for hypothesis generation, variant production, QA, launch, and readout
    • Personalize landing experiences by source using AI
    • Build systems to optimize LLM-powered search visibility
    • Ensure seamless connection between website, trial signup, and product activation
    • Measure and prove impact through visitor to trial conversion and experiment metrics

    Nice to Have

    • Experience building agent-assisted workflows for growth experimentation
    • Experience with personalized landing experiences and AI-native website concepts
    • Familiarity with LLM-powered search engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini
