Requirements
- •Experience as a full-stack engineer with Python backend and TypeScript or JavaScript frontend
- •Familiarity with AI tools and ability to leverage AI for increased productivity
- •Ability to quickly learn new infrastructure and data tools as needed
- •Understanding of business operations, especially GTM teams, lead scoring, and attribution
- •Strong communication skills and ability to build trust across Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Leadership teams
- •Located in the US (ET, CT, MT, PT)
What You'll Do
- •Build AI-powered internal tools from scratch such as lead scoring models, Slack bots, and agents that generate business reviews and surface insights
- •Ship automation to improve sales and marketing workflows by identifying bottlenecks and building fixes
- •Work across the GTM stack including Segment, Customer.io, Close, and the data warehouse to build clean and well-documented connections
- •Build experimentation and growth infrastructure to enable testing, impact measurement, and scaling acquisition without engineering bottlenecks
- •Define the AI systems engineering function at Close and create a roadmap for engineering leverage
