Requirements
- •Seasoned engineer with experience in Python and possibly Go, Rust, or TypeScript
- •Experience shipping impactful AI-native agentic features to users
- •Use AI tools in daily workflow to improve productivity and code quality
- •Ability to ship working solutions quickly rather than over-engineering
- •Experience debugging incidents with real customer impact and owning critical systems
- •Familiarity with AI research topics like retrieval, RAG, RLHF, or fine-tuning and ability to assess their relevance
- •Comfortable working with probabilistic, non-deterministic outputs
What You'll Do
- •Ship code execution for the assistant, including generating charts and tables in Python on the fly and calling external APIs
- •Build the eval and observability layer for agent performance measurement
- •Push generated UI forward by deciding user presentation and rendering in the assistant
- •Take Custom Agents from prototype to general availability, handling real-time CRM events
- •Integrate deterministic and non-deterministic systems for reliable and intelligent workflows
- •Manage edge cases to ensure agent trustworthiness, such as handling AI credit limits and recovery
- •Select appropriate AI models for different tasks, balancing cost and performance
