Requirements
- •Approximately 8 years of hands-on, highly technical analytics experience
- •Ability to take ambiguous business questions and turn findings into decisions
- •Experience building models in dbt and working directly in Snowflake
- •Knowledge of GTM data including attribution, channel definitions, UTMs, bots, and tracking issues
- •Experience with AI-assisted analytics and building semantic layers for self-service
- •Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
- •Ability to work independently and be accountable
- •Focus on impact over output
What You'll Do
- •Make GTM data trustworthy by defining metrics, modeling the funnel, and reconciling discrepancies across data platforms
- •Explain data trends and discrepancies to understand what changed and why
- •Help decide next steps by forecasting, modeling tradeoffs, and empowering leadership decisions
- •Own outcomes by driving data-driven fixes and involving the right people
- •Define the next era of data by moving from reactive requests to proactive insights delivery
