Requirements
- •5-8 years experience owning growth or marketing surfaces at a SaaS or PLG company
- •Experience with conversion-first design focusing on landing pages, paid ad creative, and experiment results
- •Ability to ship fast and work in environments with weekly variant shipping
- •Strong visual conviction and high taste with experience building or evolving brand guidelines and visual systems
- •Comfortable owning full surface design including landing pages, paid ads, social content, lifecycle assets
- •Experience using AI-assisted creative workflows actively
What You'll Do
- •Own landing page design and conversion across paid and organic acquisition, shipping variants weekly
- •Improve core website experiences beyond landing pages including homepage, product pages, key navigation paths
- •Design and ship paid ad creative across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
- •Create lifecycle and campaign assets such as email, onboarding, nurture sequences, webinar visuals, launch materials
- •Track performance metrics like CVR, CPC-to-LP conversion, scroll depth and iterate based on data
- •Collaborate with Growth, Product, Product Marketing, and Content teams as a creative partner
- •Contribute to creative direction, ensure brand consistency, and build scalable creative systems
