Requirements
- •Seasoned frontend engineer with experience in React and possibly Vue, Svelte, or Solid
- •Fluent in experimentation with understanding of data capture and funnel design
- •Experience with B2B experiment structure, preferably with Amplitude implementation
- •Experience building AI-powered interfaces with LLM-backed features
- •Daily use of AI tools in workflow to ship faster and write tighter code
- •Builder mindset focused on shipping first iterations quickly and iterating
What You'll Do
- •Build agent-forward onboarding UI that acts as a trainer for users
- •Turn an inbox into a CRM by building experience around unstructured-data pipeline
- •Design experiments end to end including instrumentation, funnel definition, and metrics structuring in Amplitude
- •Work across the whole app including onboarding, activation, billing, import, and other surfaces
- •Move at learning speed by shipping fast prototypes and standardizing successful ones
- •Have ownership and autonomy in shaping Growth frontend engineering practices
