Requirements
- •5+ years of product management experience with SaaS products in finance, accounting, payments, or other high-trust systems
- •2+ years experience collaborating with fully remote, international multi-disciplinary teams
- •Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals
- •Strong critical and analytical skills to solve real customer problems
- •Ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences
- •Demonstrated ability to use AI thoughtfully as a force multiplier, while applying sound product judgement for final outputs
- •Curiosity to learn new things and challenge the status quo
- •Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field
What You'll Do
- •Own the strategy and lead the execution of financial operations and accounting products within the Cloudbeds Platform
- •Lead accounting integrations from end to end, focusing on platform extensibility, clear documentation, and excellent developer experience
- •Drive user discovery to understand workflows, constraints, and pain points
- •Translate business and customer needs into concise and detailed product requirements
- •Use data to validate hypotheses and justify product decisions
- •Define success metrics and track progress throughout product life cycle
- •Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and integration partners to deliver world-class products
Nice to Have
- •Prior experience in the hospitality or travel industry
- •Knowledge of hospitality-specific accounting software ecosystems and integrations
- •Experience building PMS, ERP, or accounting products
- •Experience working with compliance, audit, or regional accounting requirements
