Requirements
- •3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within high-growth SaaS or technology company and/or agency
- •Strong stakeholder management skills
- •Solid track record hiring across GTM functions including outbound Sales, Operations, and Enablement
- •Proven sourcing skills
- •Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other sourcing tools
- •Hands-on experience using AI in workflow
- •Proficient with G Suite, Slack, and Zoom
- •Fluent Spanish and strong professional English, both written and verbal
- •Based in LATAM
What You'll Do
- •Run full-cycle hiring process for GTM roles across Mexico and support wider LATAM region
- •Run competitor-focused sourcing campaigns to identify and engage passive candidates
- •Bring solid talent mapping to every search
- •Support hiring across other areas including Technology when required
- •Partner closely with GTM hiring managers and local leadership to build targeted hiring strategies
- •Manage the hiring process through Greenhouse and maintain clean data
- •Contribute ideas to improve hiring process and share market intelligence
- •Stay current on Mexican and LATAM compensation benchmarks and GTM hiring trends
Nice to Have
- •Exposure to Technology hiring
- •Experience hiring for hospitality technology or vertical SaaS business
- •Experience recruiting GTM talent across LATAM markets
- •Track record of building structured sourcing processes
- •Familiarity with sales talent assessment methodologies or competency-based interview frameworks
