Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- •3–4+ years of progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience
- •Strong knowledge of US and Canadian labor and employment law and compliance standards
- •Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels
- •Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and time zones
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong data manipulation and analysis skills in Excel
- •Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- •Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- •Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and a high level of integrity
- •Strong judgment, ownership, confidentiality, and problem-solving
- •Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment
What You'll Do
- •Serve as the primary HRBP for GTM + Strategy (Sales, Growth, Marketing)
- •Partner with leaders across multiple levels to understand business needs and align People strategies
- •Lead organizational design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, talent programs, and change initiatives
- •Provide strategic insights to help build inclusive, high-performing teams
- •Manage and resolve complex team member relations with confidentiality and strong judgment
- •Support development conversations, performance management, corrective actions, and conflict resolution
- •Partner on global and regional engagement and culture initiatives
- •Own compliance across the US and Canada including employment laws and contractor compliance
- •Assist with documentation for legal matters, investigations, or claims
- •Help implement policy updates and guide managers on compliance requirements
- •Work closely with Legal, Finance, and People Ops to ensure compliant processes
- •Partner with People Ops on onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and lifecycle processes
- •Maintain accurate and confidential team member data in Workday
- •Support compensation cycles, calibrations, and workforce reporting
- •Partner with Business Systems to troubleshoot Workday workflows or data issues
- •Work with HRBPs across NORAM, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC to ensure global consistency in practices and programs
- •Support global People initiatives including performance, DEI, compensation, leadership development, and workforce planning
- •Strengthen cross-regional People processes and communication
Nice to Have
- •Certification in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
- •Experience supporting GTM/Strategy or CS/Onboarding organizations
