What You'll Do
- •Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Searchandizing
- •Own the Searchandizing workflow from intent identification to campaign iteration
- •Solve real jobs of e-commerce merchandisers such as launching new products and managing stock levels
- •Prove ROI of Searchandizing by driving net revenue for customers
- •Work closely with customers to understand key users and their work processes
- •Keep track of competition and deliver clear differentiation
- •Develop a holistic vision for all merchandising tools and introduce a framework for team ownership and growth
- •Collaborate with multiple product teams for holistic dashboard experience
- •Lead and scale a cross-functional team of engineers and designers
- •Communicate effectively at all levels to ensure excellent experience for customers and stakeholders
