Requirements
- •5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in platform, integrations, or developer-facing products
- •Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and developer tooling
- •Experience building scalable systems or platforms that reduce reliance on custom solutions
- •Proven ability to drive adoption of products or features across internal or external users
- •Experience working with multiple stakeholders including engineering, partnerships, and customer-facing teams
- •Strong product judgment balancing flexibility with scalability
- •Comfort working in fast-growing environments with evolving priorities and team structures
- •Familiarity with AI tools or agent-based workflows to improve developer experience or integration processes
What You'll Do
- •Own the product vision and roadmap for connectors, integration tooling, and partner enablement
- •Drive adoption of connectors across customers, increasing standardization and reducing reliance on custom integrations
- •Partner with Sales Engineering, Partnerships, and Customer Success to identify and systematize key drivers of successful connector adoption
- •Lead development of new connectors and improve existing ones to ensure reliability, scalability, and usability
- •Improve developer and partner experience through better tooling, documentation, and self-serve capabilities
- •Design scalable integration systems to reduce engineering effort per customer and enable internal and external teams to build and maintain integrations
- •Support team growth and scaling by defining processes, ownership, and long-term platform direction
