Requirements
- •5+ years of product management experience in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment
- •Experience building products for sales teams including repeatable flows, talk tracks, and pre-sales tooling
- •Strong platform and reliability mindset with ability to reason about system-level risks and drive engineering trade-offs
- •Proven ability to influence without authority across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering stakeholders
- •Comfort using data to make prioritization decisions including adoption signals, failure rates, and AE trust indicators
- •Experience owning a roadmap spanning near-term execution and longer-term strategic bets
What You'll Do
- •Build and evolve demo flows and sandbox experiences that make Constructor's AI and personalization capabilities viscerally compelling for prospects
- •Drive a demo reliability programme including instrumentation, regression coverage, stubbing strategy, and measurable AE trust signals
- •Own the release-readiness process to ensure new product capabilities are demo-able immediately after release
- •Establish a clear intake and prioritization system for demo requests
- •Enable self-serve sandbox workflows to reduce engineering involvement for repeatable AE tasks
- •Drive the Disruptive Demo as an inspire-the-future asset for storytelling
- •Set the foundation for Product-Led Growth by identifying PLG wedges, defining hypotheses and metrics, and incubating a growth squad if warranted
