Requirements
- •4+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
- •High-level proficiency in territory planning and managing complex forecasting cadences for Sales and Customer Success
- •Experience with Generative AI tools and vision for applying agentic workflows to revenue processes
- •Experience with Clari or comparable revenue intelligence tools and Salesforce as a strategic business partner
- •Exceptional ability to build trust and influence regional Sales and Success leaders without direct authority
What You'll Do
- •Design and oversee regional territory processes and systems including managing temporary coverage, identifying opportunities, and executing quarterly account reviews and movements
- •Architect and analyze account engagement and field activity frameworks to maximize impact and drive depth within assigned territories
- •Manage operational transition for new hires and departures including setup and adjustment of quotas, commission plans, territory assignments, and tool access
- •Run regular analysis on growth, renewal, and pipeline generation to identify regional trends and monitor sales cycle to pinpoint bottlenecks
- •Manage regional performance tracking and data audits to provide clear, consistent view of team productivity and goal attainment
- •Contribute to design and implementation of process innovations and enablement materials to increase rep productivity and ensure effective use of GTM tech stack
- •Facilitate weekly and monthly forecasting cadences for Sales and CSM teams using Clari to identify risks and ensure accuracy
- •Identify operational areas where AI can drive improvements and lead rollout of intelligent solutions and automated workflows
- •Drive regional cadence including leading pipeline reviews and managing operational coordination and data-readiness for Quarterly Business Reviews
