Requirements
- •2-3 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or event management—ideally within a B2B or tech environment

What You'll Do
- •Own the end-to-end execution of event logistics at conferences, tradeshows and owned programming, including venue sourcing, vendor management, travel coordination, run of show and on-site operations
- •Support integrated marketing campaigns by activating messaging and content across field programs
- •Manage invitations, registration tracking, and attendee communications to ensure a seamless experience for customers and prospects
- •Manage event timelines, budgets, and deliverables to keep programs on track and teams aligned
- •Help us prove the "why" by tracking event performance, including meetings booked, pipeline generated, and overall ROI
- •Contribute to improving and scaling event processes as the company grows
