    Requirements

    • Proven customer success or account management experience managing portfolios independently
    • Strong communication and influence skills across multiple channels
    • Advanced proficiency with CRM (Salesforce), CS platforms (Gainsight preferred), and digital engagement/automation tools
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret customer data and devise solutions
    • Self-directed and proactive with ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
    • Experience with SaaS products or digital analytics tools (Heap, Contentsquare, Hotjar, or similar)

    What You'll Do

    • Manage a portfolio of 80-150 customer accounts under $60K ACV independently
    • Drive customer retention and value realization through the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
    • Execute complex renewal transactions including multi-product negotiations and pricing discussions
    • Design and deliver proactive, signal-based customer engagement campaigns and interventions
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding, product specialists, sales, and support teams
    • Mentor peers and share best practices
    • Identify gaps in playbooks and digital resources and provide strategic recommendations for program improvement

    Nice to Have

    • Experience executing renewals or working in a renewals/sales capacity
    • Track record of creating and executing digital customer engagement campaigns
    • Multilingual capabilities (Spanish)
    • Experience mentoring or training team members in a CS environment
    • Deep knowledge of digital experience analytics or product analytics platforms
