Requirements
- •Proven customer success or account management experience managing portfolios independently
- •Strong communication and influence skills across multiple channels
- •Advanced proficiency with CRM (Salesforce), CS platforms (Gainsight preferred), and digital engagement/automation tools
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret customer data and devise solutions
- •Self-directed and proactive with ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
- •Experience with SaaS products or digital analytics tools (Heap, Contentsquare, Hotjar, or similar)
What You'll Do
- •Manage a portfolio of 80-150 customer accounts under $60K ACV independently
- •Drive customer retention and value realization through the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
- •Execute complex renewal transactions including multi-product negotiations and pricing discussions
- •Design and deliver proactive, signal-based customer engagement campaigns and interventions
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding, product specialists, sales, and support teams
- •Mentor peers and share best practices
- •Identify gaps in playbooks and digital resources and provide strategic recommendations for program improvement
Nice to Have
- •Experience executing renewals or working in a renewals/sales capacity
- •Track record of creating and executing digital customer engagement campaigns
- •Multilingual capabilities (Spanish)
- •Experience mentoring or training team members in a CS environment
- •Deep knowledge of digital experience analytics or product analytics platforms
