Requirements

What You'll Do
- •Serve as the AI Agent expert and go-to internal and external expert on Cresta's AI Agent capabilities
- •Work hand-in-hand with Core Solutions Engineers as the AI Agent specialist
- •Design and facilitate technical discovery workshops with prospective customers
- •Lead deep-dive technical discovery sessions to surface, propose, and refine AI Agent use cases
- •Support high-stakes AI Agent demos in partnership with the Core SE team
- •Engage early as a specialist resource to qualify and shape AI Agent deals
- •Build the business case by partnering with Sales Directors and Core SEs
- •Collaborate closely with Forward Deployed PMs and Engineers to ensure smooth handoff from pre-sale to deployment
- •Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering to accelerate Cresta's roadmap
- •Elevate the SE team's AI Agent fluency through enablement, playbooks, and coaching

- •Ability to write Python for prototyping, scripting, or demo customization
- •Familiarity with Salesforce.com and enterprise contact center technologies
