Requirements

- •Strong in-office presence in Bay Area with onsite work three days per week

- •Experience supporting multiple offices, regions, or distributed teams balancing global consistency and local needs
- •Ability to navigate sensitive workplace situations with professionalism, discretion, empathy, and sound judgment
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to partner with executives, managers, employees, and vendors
- •Proven negotiation skills with commercial real estate contracts and managing multi-million dollar budgets
- •Exceptional project management skills leading complex cross-functional initiatives
What You'll Do
- •Lead the strategy, operations, and evolution of global workplace facilities footprint
- •Develop and execute comprehensive workplace experience vision
- •Oversee operations of all global offices ensuring consistent workplace experience
- •Lead lease renewals, expansions, and new site acquisitions
- •Develop and execute workplace strategy aligning physical spaces and employee experience programs
- •Build partnerships with property managers, landlords, and service providers
- •Own global workplace safety strategy including emergency preparedness and compliance
- •Oversee catering, food and beverage programs, badge access systems, physical security, and vendor relationships
- •Support operational needs of headquarters
- •Own and evolve workplace and employee experience programs
- •Partner to execute employee events, company celebrations, leadership and customer visits
- •Maintain and improve workplace communications, documentation, and internal resources
- •Manage workplace and employee experience vendors, platforms, and systems
