Requirements
- •3-5 years of experience
- •Previous experience in the contact center industry is highly preferred
- •Demonstrated experience as a trainer, educator, or similar role
- •Strong problem-solving skills
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- •Willingness to travel up to ~50%
- •Tech-savvy and eager to learn new technologies and products
- •Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- •Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging way
- •Experience creating training content (slides, videos, documentation, LMS content)
- •Customer-first mindset with strong empathy and communication skills
- •Highly organized and able to manage multiple training programs
- •Comfortable working cross-functionally with CS, Product, and Sales teams
What You'll Do
- •Collaborate with SMEs to design engaging, instructor-led training sessions
- •Facilitate group training sessions for customers
- •Maintain and improve live training curriculum
- •Continuously learn about Cresta's products and customer use cases
- •Participate in company initiatives and projects
- •Support onboarding and training for new hires
- •Record instructional videos and product demonstrations
- •Audit, maintain, and create support documentation
- •Design and build interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Rise and Storyline
- •Translate product workflows into self-paced learning experiences
- •Incorporate multimedia elements to reinforce learning
- •Maintain and update eLearning content aligned with product releases
