Requirements
- •4–8 years of experience in high-velocity environments
- •Strong operational background with experience building playbooks, pipelines, automations, and scaling operational processes
- •Exceptional communication skills tailored to different audience levels
- •Experience in business operations, strategy & operations, chief of staff, product strategy/operations, or similar roles in fast-scaling tech companies
What You'll Do
- •Own weekly business reviews for the forward-deployed team, reporting on OKRs such as revenue and pilot-to-conversion performance
- •Design an AI-powered “second brain” to centralize team know-how and establish clear documentation standards
- •Develop internal tools and processes to enable scaling and work across hiring processes for rapid team growth
- •Lead cross-functional projects at the intersection of product, go-to-market, and operations
- •Seed key initiatives and scale them from idea to proof-of-concept
- •Drive content and thought leadership to grow the AI Agent and deployment brand
