Requirements
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills
- •Project management experience managing multiple complex workstreams
- •Ability to independently own deliverables and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- •2+ years experience in conversational design, conversational AI, or bot development
- •Experience presenting complex solutions to customer stakeholders including executives
- •Experience working directly with enterprise customers in implementation or delivery roles
What You'll Do
- •Design and deliver AI conversation models for real-time coaching and virtual agents
- •Manage AI delivery projects from discovery through deployment and optimization
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, Product, Project Management, and Customer Success
- •Serve as key point of contact for customers during implementation
- •Help customers build and maintain AI models using proprietary tools
- •Own end-to-end AI delivery projects including discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, build, deployment, QA, and post-launch optimization
- •Manage multiple concurrent customer implementations balancing timelines and priorities
- •Translate customer business objectives into scalable conversational AI solutions
- •Drive alignment with customer stakeholders through working sessions and presentations
- •Lead model maintenance and performance tuning
- •Deliver enablement programs to empower customers to design and build AI models
- •Design and develop virtual agent solutions using various architectures
- •Contribute to internal best practices and documentation standards
