Requirements
- •4+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign execution, or lifecycle marketing within B2B SaaS
- •Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified pipeline
- •Hands-on experience with modern GTM and demand generation tools such as Clay, CommonRoom, Sequel, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- •Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps
- •Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- •Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and optimizing based on results
- •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
What You'll Do
- •Own and scale key non-paid channels (email, webinars, and direct mail) with a focus on engaging enterprise accounts
- •Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns tailored to the Enterprise segment, ensuring alignment to business goals and sales priorities
- •Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data to continuously improve pipeline generation and efficiency
- •Develop and run intent and interest based programs in close partnership with Sales to engage, nurture, and progress high value accounts
- •Partner with content marketing to activate compelling, targeted content that resonates with enterprise buyers
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure integrated, cohesive demand generation efforts and strong alignment across the funnel
Nice to Have
- •Experience supporting enterprise or strategic account segments in B2B SaaS
- •Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and intent-driven campaign strategies
- •Experience partnering closely with enterprise sales teams on pipeline generation initiatives
- •Experience operating in high-growth or scaling startup environments
