Requirements
- •Education in Design, HCI, Interaction, or 5+ years equivalent industry experience
- •Experience designing AI-driven workflows, no-code/low-code/agentic builders, or complex B2B enterprise applications
- •Comfortable using AI-native tools like Claude Code, Cursor, MCP for faster prototyping beyond traditional design tools
- •Portfolio showcasing simple and elegant design solutions to complex problems focusing on end-to-end flows
- •Strong product thinking and a blend of UX disciplines including interaction design, prototyping, visual design, and user research
- •Curious, adaptable, quick learner who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
What You'll Do
- •Design the tools that enable customers to build, evaluate, and ship AI agents and workflows
- •Turn the complexity of AI and business logic into intuitive and self-serve builder experiences for both technical and non-technical users
- •Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop and iterate builder concepts into polished, production-ready experiences
- •Partner with product managers and tech leads to define problem spaces, north-star experiences, and iterative milestones
- •Conduct discovery and evaluative research including interviews, workflow walkthroughs, usability tests, and competitive analysis
- •Collaborate closely with PMs, machine learning engineers, front-end developers, customer success, and marketing teams
- •Advocate for design craft and raise the quality bar
- •Exercise good judgment on when to ship products
