    Requirements

    • 6+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Customer Success, or similar roles
    • 5+ years of experience working in the Contact Center space
    • Experience working with ISV, SI, and BPO partners in SaaS or enterprise technology environments
    • Desire to be a platform expert and provide technical guidance
    • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
    • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
    • Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts
    • Strong project management and organizational skills

    What You'll Do

    • Build a world-class AI Agent partner ecosystem that drives revenue and successful customer outcomes
    • Equip partners with tools, skills, and confidence to position, sell, and deliver Cresta AI Agents effectively
    • Design and deliver enablement programs to accelerate partner ramp and reinforce Cresta’s value
    • Ensure partners execute high-quality customer engagements
    • Enable partners supporting Enterprise and Strategic customers including global SIs, BPOs, and ISVs
    • Deliver live facilitation and scalable self-service enablement through learning platforms
    • Track and report on partner readiness, certification, engagement, and pipeline contribution
    • Use data and feedback to improve programs, content, and delivery methods
    • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to develop expertise and enablement assets
    • Support Partnerships team as AI Agent subject matter expert
